As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, we’re trialling a 3 month partnership with innovative, reusable packaging start-up, Kvatt. Their mission is to provide brands like us, with reusable packaging solutions for our customers. Kvatt is an Icelandic word for goodbye - ‘goodbye to single use packaging.’
The service is circular. If you opt for our £2 ‘green shipping’ option at checkout, we will pack your Uskees products in the Kvatt reusable bag. Once you’re happy with your order, return the Kvatt bag using the pre-paid label. Simple. Once the bags can no longer be used, Kvatt have partnered with a third party organisation to repurpose them into road cones, extending their lifespan.
Please note, the £2 shipping option is non-refundable.
Once you’re happy with your products, empty the package and close the flap.
Seal the package and cover the original label with the pre-paid returns label provided.
Finally, drop the package into your nearest postbox.
We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you do want to return or exchange your products, follow our returns instructions here. Place your items back into the Kvatt bag, reseal and send it back to the Uskees HQ. If you’re exchanging an item, we will send the exchange in the same Kvatt bag.
