Fix it up and start again
We want to encourage a stronger, more lasting relationship between you and the garments you own. Making them well in durable fabrics then helping you look after them as you go.
To that end we offer a free repair service to all Uskees members, mending the inevitable wear and tear however it might have gone down.
Please note, this service excludes items purchased from our Depop store, Knitwear, T-shirts, and accessories such as hats and socks.
Step one
To use the service, make sure you’re an Uskees member, then message info@uskees.com with a brief description of the required fix and a photo of your damaged item. We'll then create you a unique repair ticket number.
Step two
Please make sure your garment is washed and clean. We are not a launderette.
Step three
Send us your garment via the below address, ideally by tracked postage. We’ll also need a note with your repair ticket number and the address you'd like it returning to.

Step four
We get to work. Repairs usually take 4 to 6 weeks. We’ll always do our best to colour match but slight variation can happen especially with pieces you’ve owned for a while.
Step five
Once your garment is mended, you’ll receive a link to buy a return postage label that we’ll then use to ship your item home.
Step six
Your garment goes back in rotation. Yours to enjoy for years to come, for a rich and fulfilling life.
