Refund Policy
Returns
We really hope that you love your Uskees product, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. For full priced items, we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. Sale or discounted items have a 14 day policy.
Your items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them - if they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange for the items. You will need to pay for the return postage to get your item back.
If you’ve received an item as a gift, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only.
UK Returns and Exchanges
Please create your free returns label at Uskees Returns and follow the instructions.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different product then please return it to us with a note explaining what you would like.
We can only offer an exchange if it is for the same product in a different size or colour or for a different product which is the same price.
Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

International Returns
At present, we do not offer a free returns service for our international customers, but to save on costs we have local returns centres in some locations that you can return your items to.
