We really hope that you love your Uskees product, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. For full priced items, we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. Sale or discounted items have a 14 day policy.
Your items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them - if they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange for the items. You will need to pay for the return postage to get your item back.
If you’ve received an item as a gift, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only. Please just let our team know by either emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending the item back, or include a note with the return.

Please create your free returns label at https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/318 and follow the instructions.
Please enclose a note with your return stating your name, order number and, if you would like an exchange, a note explaining what you would like to exchange for.
We can only offer an exchange if it is for the same product in a different size or colour or for a different product which is the same price.
Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
