Refunds and returns

We’ve made returns from the United States as simple as possible.

We subsidise part of the return cost, so a reduced fee of £7.50 will be deducted from your refund if you choose this option.

To offset the carbon footprint, we donate £1 from every return to Sow the City

If you'd like to exchange your item, we'll cover the cost of postage to send the replacement back to you - for free.

Please note that during sale periods, we do not accept exchanges.
Please return your original order and place a new order for the replacement.

Condition of returns

Please return items unworn, with their labels and repair kits still attached, and in the condition you received them. You're welcome to try items on as you would in a shop. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Received a faulty item?

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email info@uskees.com with your order number and a photo. We'll cover the return postage and offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on your legal rights.

Faulty items are covered by your statutory rights. These are separate from our change-of-mind returns window above, and they last much longer.

UK customers: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject a faulty item for a full refund within 30 days. After that, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. Claims can be made up to 6 years after purchase (5 years in Scotland)

EU customers: you have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years from delivery, and longer in some countries. Notice of Legal Guarantee.

Exchanges

Please note that during sale periods, we do not accept exchanges. Please return your original order and place a new order for the replacement.

Multibuys

If you return an item purchased as part of a promotion, your refund will be based on the price you paid, taking into account
the discount applied.

So, if you bought multiple items at a reduced price thanks to the promotion, and are returning one of the items from the bundle, we'll refund you the price of that item minus the discount received.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift, you can return it for an exchange or a credit note.
