General

How do I use my discount code?

Enter your code into the discount box at checkout, then select “Apply". If your code isn’t applied at this point, we can’t assign it later. You can however use it for a further order.

Can I amend my order?

Yes. Contact info@uskees.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What do I do if I can't access the site or make a purchase?

Any problems with the site, please email info@uskees.com

What do I do if the product I'm looking for is unavailable?

It’s best to email info@uskees.com. That way we can tell you if and when an item’s going to be restocked or help you find a similar item if it was a limited-edition piece. Alternatively, use the ‘notify me...’ button on the product page. This triggers an email to let you know when the item’s back in rotation.

Shipping

How will I know when my order's been shipped?

You'll get an email to confirm that your order's on the way. We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day. Please refer to our shipping pages for timescales.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and the BFPO?

Yes. We happily deliver to any PO Box or British Forces Post Office.

Please be aware that we are unable to ship to a parcel locker or PO Box in Australia.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

If you're based in the EU, we will cover your duty costs.

If you're based in the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland or Iceland your duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. We will then deliver any items duty paid.

For the rest of the world, you will need to cover the duty costs yourself. This is because we have no control over costs applied once non-EU parcels reach their destination. Please contact your local customs office for further info.

Returns

I've either received a faulty or incorrect item, or something is missing from my order. What do I do?

Any problems like this, please contact info@uskees.com. To help us resolve the matter quickly, include as many details on the fault or issue as possible.

What if I no longer like my purchase?

You can return any unwanted items, no problem. Head to our Returns Page for details on what to do.

Do you offer exchanges on items?

Yes, you can swap your purchase for something else whether you're based in the UK or overseas. Please see our Returns Page for details.

Who pays for the return?

If you’re in the UK we offer free returns on non-sale items, and we’ll subsidise the return of anything bought in sale.

We do not offer free returns or exchanges to customers outside the UK, but to save costs, we have local returns centers that international items can be returned to.

How long will it take to process my return?

We aim to process returns within 48 hours, but this can take longer during busy periods. You should receive any refunds within five working days. If you haven't, please contact info@uskees.com

How will I know you've received my returned goods?

We will email to let you know we’ve received any returned products. If you haven’t heard from us within five working days, please contact info@uskees.com.
