How it works

Once you've registered for our free repair service, we will happily repair your garment for free*, all we ask is that you cover the postage costs and return the item to us clean and laundered.

We’ll repair the garment for you. We return it to you, and you continue to wear it, simple!

Get in touch via email or social media to let us know about the repair needed. Send a photo of the damage, this will help us process your repair quickly. 

You can then send your item to Uskees HQ, we recommend using a tracked postal option. You’ll need to include details of:

  • Your full name and address
  • Your contact number
  • The item that you are sending back

Once repaired we will send you a link to purchase a return postage label so that we can ship the item back to you.

How we repair

All repairs are done by hand, and usually take 4-6 weeks. We will colour match as best we can, but please note that as garments age, their colour may fade. Sometimes we use a fabric patch on the inside of the garment, but there is no extra charge for this.

Our terms and conditions

We reserve the right to refuse to carry out repairs if a garment is returned dirty, or we believe it has been damaged deliberately. We cannot repair a garment indefinitely, sadly a garment will eventually become unwearable or unrepairable - in this instance we will contact you to present some options. Ultimately we can provide a voucher for a replacement under our buy back scheme or maybe we can turn a loved pair of trousers into shorts?

We recommend that you return your garment using a tracked option, to ensure nothing goes missing. We accept no liability for garments that are lost in the post. We will return the garment  to you using a tracked postal method.

In the event that a parcel goes missing we will aim to resolve the situation as quickly and as fairly as possible. Whilst we will not be able to refund an item, we will be happy to supply you with an Uskees credit note up to the value of the garment.

If you are sending the garment back from outside of the EU, you will need to mark the parcel with ‘USED GARMENT REPAIR’. We will not accept any custom charges and the parcel will be returned to you if charges are incurred.
