Refund Policy
Returns
We really hope that you love your Uskees product, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right.
Full priced items
We’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order & we will provide you with a free returns label to return your product.
Sale items
During sale we try to offer the best discounts possible so in an effort to reduce waste and keep prices low, we do not offer free return postage on sale items.
Sale items have a 14 day return policy.
Multibuy items
If you return any item from the promotion, your refund will be based on the price you paid for that specific item, taking into account any discount applied.
e.g. if you bought multiple items at a reduced price due to a promotion, returning one of those items will result in a refund corresponding to the price paid for that item minus any discount received.
Gifts
If you’ve received an item as a gift, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only.
All items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them. If they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange for the items.
Christmas returns policy
Please note that in addition to our standard returns policy, any items ordered between 1st November and 25th December 2024 can be returned up until the end of January 2025 for a full refund back to your original payment method.
If you’ve received a gift that you’d like to return then simply let us know an we’ll offer you an exchange or a gift voucher for the value of the items.
UK returns and exchanges
For full priced items please create your free returns label at Uskees returns and follow the instructions. If your item was bought in the sale, you must return the item via your preferred postage method.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product then please return it to us with a note explaining what you would like.
We can only offer an exchange if it is for the same product in a different size or colour or for a different product which is the same price.
Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

International returns
At present, we do not offer a free returns service for our international customers, but to save on costs we have local return centres in some locations that you can return your items to.
