How do I create my free returns label?
- Please enter your email address or phone number and your order number in the fields above and click START
- You then need to follow the instructions to select the items you would like to return or exchange - if you have more that one order to return then please just create one return label and send in one parcel
- You will get a confirmation email and return shipping instructions once the return request has been approved.
What items are returnable?
- We're happy to offer a free refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order of items bought at full price
- To reduce waste, we no longer offer free returns on sale or discounted items, so you will not be able to use this label generator for those purchases
- Sale or discounted items can be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order - these must be returned by you, via your preffered postage method
- Your items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them (unwashed and unworn)
- If you received your items as a gift then we are happy for you to return them to us for an exchange or a credit note.
Who pays for the return?
- If you are in the UK then we offer a free returns service for full price items via Royal Mail
- Simply follow the instructions in the section "How do I create my free returns label?"
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- At present, we do not offer a free returns service for our international customers or discounted products, but to save on cost we have local returns centres you can return your items to

How long will it take to process my return?
- Once your item has been received we will process the refund or exchange within 48 hours, but this can take longer during our busier periods
- Once the return has been processed it shouldn’t take too long for the money to be credited back to you but sometimes with different banks and credit card providers it may take a couple of days
- Gift card purchases will be refunded to the original gift card used to pay.
- If you have not received your refund or exchange after 5 working days then please get in touch and we’ll take a look for you.
