Fix it up and start again
We offer free garment repairs to all Uskees members.
To use the service, make sure you’re an Uskees member, then message info@uskees.com with a brief description of the required fix and a photo of the damaged item.
Please send the garments back clean, laundered and ideally by tracked postage. Once it’s mended you’ll receive a link to buy a return postage label that we’ll then use to ship your item back.
Please note, this service excludes items purchased from our Depop store, T-shirts, and accessories such as hats and socks.
Our repairs are done by hand so usually take 4 to 6 weeks. We will colour match as best we can, but please remember that as garments age, their vibrancy can fade causing occasional discrepancies.
Sometimes we’ll use a fabric patch on the inside of a garment, but we’ll never charge you for this.

Our repair service covers general wear and tear. If a garment comes back dirty, has obviously been damaged deliberately, or if it’s past the point of no return, we reserve the right to refuse it.
We can’t fix garments indefinitely; they do eventually become unsalvageable. In this case, we’ll contact you with further options. It might be that we replace it under our Re-up scheme or we convert some beloved trousers into shorts.
We accept no liability for garments lost in transit. We return all repaired pieces via tracked postage. In the event of a parcel going missing, we don’t offer refunds but can provide an Uskees credit note to the garment’s cost value.
Those sending items from outside the UK, please mark your parcel with ‘USED GARMENT REPAIR’. We will not accept any customs charges. Parcels will be returned if charges are incurred.
