Return Policy
Because sometimes a thing just has to go back.
If a purchase doesn’t feel right for whatever reason, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and you’ll get a full refund. Sale items have to come back within 14 days.
UK Return Policy *
We offer free postage for the return of any full price item, as long as you’re based in the UK.
If you would like to exchange your item we’ll cover the postage both ways for free.
For sale items we’ll subsidise the cost of the return, as long as you’re based in the UK. Once you create your return, you’ll be given the option to select our returns label at a cost of £2.49.

If you do not wish to use our returns service you can post your items back to us, at your own expense, to our address shown on our Contact Us page. Please ensure that your name and order number are included with your return.
International Returns
At present, we do not offer a free returns service for our international customers, but to save on costs we have local return centres in some locations that you can return your items to.

Terms & Conditions
All items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them. If they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund or exchange them.
Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Multibuy items
If you return any item from the promotion, your refund will be based on the price you paid for that specific item, taking into account any discount applied.
e.g. if you bought multiple items at a reduced price due to a promotion, returning one of those items will result in a refund corresponding to the price paid for that item minus any discount received.
Gifts
If you’ve received an item as a gift, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only.
