We’ve made returns from the United States as simple as possible.

We subsidise part of the return cost, so a reduced fee of £7.50 will be deducted from your refund if you choose this option.

To offset the carbon footprint, we donate £1 from every return to Sow the City

If you'd like to exchange your item, we'll cover the cost of postage to send the replacement back to you - for free.

Please note that during sale periods, we do not accept exchanges.
Please return your original order and place a new order for the replacement.

Any return items must be sent back to us in their original condition with the labels and the repair kits still attached. If they're returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume they have been worn and we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

Please note that during sale periods, we do not accept exchanges. Please return your original order and place a new order for the replacement.

Multibuys

If you return an item purchase as part of a promotion, your refund will be based on the price you paid, taking into account
the discount applied.

So, if you bought multiple items at a reduced price thanks to the promotion, and are returning one of the items from the
bundle, we'll refund you the price of that item minus the discount received.

Gifts

If your returned item was a gift, you can exchange it for another item or a credit note to its value.
