If a purchase isn't right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
If you’ve received a gift that you’d like to return then simply let us know and we’ll offer you an exchange or a credit note for the value of the items.
We subsidise the cost of all UK returns.
Once you’ve started the return process, you’ll be given an option to select a label for £2.49.

Any return items must be sent back to us in their original condition with the labels and the repair kits still attached. If they're returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume they have been worn and we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange.
The items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Exchanges

Multibuys
If you return an item purchase as part of a promotion, your refund will be based on the price you paid, taking into account
the discount applied.
So, if you bought multiple items at a reduced price thanks to the promotion, and are returning one of the items from the
bundle, we'll refund you the price of that item minus the discount received.
Gifts
If your returned item was a gift, you can exchange it for another item or a credit note to its value.
