If a purchase isn't right, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

UK Return Policy *

We subside the cost of all UK returns.

Once you’ve started the return process you’ll be given an option to select a label for £2.49.

To offset the carbon footprint, we donate £1 from every return to Sow the City

If you would like to exchange your item we’ll cover the postage both ways for free.

If you prefer not to use our returns service, you can send your items to the HQ address on our Contact page, ensuring your name and order number are included.

Any returned items sent without our label will be at your own expense. 

International Returns

At present, we do not offer a free returns service to customers outside the UK. However, to save costs we have local return centres in certain locations that you can return your items to.

Terms & Conditions

All items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them. If they're returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume they have been worn and we won’t be able to process your refund or exchange.

The items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Multibuy items

If you return an item purchase as part of a promotion, your refund will be based on the price you paid, taking into account the discount applied.

So, if you bought multiple items at a reduced price thanks to the promotion, and are returning one of the items from the bundle, we'll refund you the price of that item minus the discount received.

Gifts

If your returned item was a gift, you can exchange it for another item or a credit note to its value.
