Returns & Exchanges
We really hope that you love your Uskees product, but we also understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. For full priced items, we’re happy to offer a refund within 30 days of you receiving your order. Sale or discounted items have a 14 day policy.
Your item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them - if they are returned to us in any other condition (i.e. screwed up or dirty) we will assume that they have been worn and we won’t be able to process a refund for the item(s). You will need to pay for the return postage to get your item back.
If you’ve received an item as a gift, you can return this to us for an exchange or a credit note only. Just let our team know with either an email prior to sending the item back, or a include a note with the item.
For our UK customers we offer a free tracked returns service. You just need to drop us an email and let us know that you want to return your item. We will then send you an email with a returns label attached. Just print this out and attach to your parcel and return it and we’ll do the rest. Easy!
For international customers not living in the UK, we’re happy to refund or exchange your order. For refunds please return any full priced goods within 30 days of delivery or 14 days for any sale or discounted items.
We don’t offer a free returns service for our international customers at present, but to save on cost we have local returns centres that items can be returned to.
A trackable service when returning items is suggested as sometimes things go missing. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom duties, local sales taxes or handling charges, these are not refundable. Just send our returns team an email with what you would like and they’ll happily provide you with a local returns centre address.
If you’d like to exchange your Uskees product for something else, then please return the original order to us with a note explaining the new product request.
An item only be swapped for the same product in a different size/colour, or a different product at the same price.

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging with any garment labels attached. Our returns team will process returns within 48 hours but sometimes his may take longer during our busier periods such as Christmas and New Year. Once your new item is ready to be shipped you will receive an email from our friendly team with a tracking number.
Any items are your responsibility until they reach us. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Who pays for the return?
If you are in the UK then we offer a free returns service, just get in touch with our returns team and they will send you all the information you need to return an item to us.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once the item has been received our returns team will process a refund within 48 hours, but this can take longer during our busier periods.
Once the refund has been processed it shouldn’t take too long but sometimes with different banks and credit card providers it may take a couple of days. If you have not received your refund after 5 working days then please get in touch and we’ll take a look for you.
What happens if you’ve sent me the wrong item?
